Terms of Service

1. Scope of Work

All automotive restoration and performance tuning projects are conducted under the "Kinetic Monolith" engineering standards. Initial consultations provide a project scope; however, the technical complexity of vintage European chassis may require scope adjustments during clinical disassembly.

2. Performance Liability

Custom software calibration (ECU tuning) and bespoke engine builds are designed for closed-course or off-road use unless otherwise specified. KINETIC MONOLITH ENGINEERING accepts no liability for misuse of high-performance components or deviations from recommended maintenance protocols.

3. Payment & Deposits

A sequence of stage payments is required for long-term restoration projects. Deposits for major components (e.g., magnesium engine cases, customized suspensions) are non-refundable once procurement has initiated.

4. Intellectual Property

Technical solutions, proprietary mapping, and unique fabrication designs developed by Zhu Naumann Automotive remain the intellectual property of KINETIC MONOLITH.
